Most of the time we get through each day rushing from one thing to the next, sometimes feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. Our body is the vehicle that supports all our daily activities, together with our mind and spirit and it does a pretty good job most of the time.

But if you want to thrive you need to look after the vehicle you’ve been blessed with. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Whether you’ve never done yoga before, you’re a beginner or a more experienced student you will find TriYoga helpful. This is a wonderful practice for relieving stress and instilling a sense of calm.

TriYoga is a beautiful gentle practice, which is a Hatha style of yoga.

In our Ease Your Flow courses, we practice Basics/Level 1 of TriYoga, perfect for beginners or for students wanting to improve your practice.

You will learn simple hip openers and gorgeous wave like spinal movements that build strength and flexibility in both body and mind.

Even more than this you will learn how to match your practice with the phases of the moon guiding you to feel more energized and experience more ease and flow in your life.

Our popular four week courses are held at Motion Connect, 17 Anderson Street, Cairns. Fees are $80 which includes all four classes.

Private Ease Your Flow TriYoga Classes

 

Private one to one TriYoga classes are also available either in person in Cairns or online. This enables you to have classes at a time that suits you, receiving personal attention and guidance.
